Interior/Household
We have a 48point inspection list for your home including infestations, storm, flooding, icing and other weather issues. HVAC, plumbing, Audio/Visual entertainment, windows/doors, signs of vandalism, strong knowledge of home systems including security systems and troubleshooting when and where needed. Specific care for plants, mail collection, trash & recycling, and feeding of pets if necessary.
We also possess light handyman, basic repair, or carpentry skills. We can also run errands and other housesitting tasks.
Exterior and Property
We handle all aspects of the grounds and property. Including maintenance of lawns, irrigation systems, and completion of tasks including perimeter safety inspections against intruders. FHWS can oversee property’s extra facilities like tennis courts, pools, and oversee winterization of property and prepare for inclement weather and other emergencies. Vehicle and watercraft knowledge.
We have a sound understanding of market prices for regular services and projects in an effort to provide financial and budget oversight for you.
Staff, Vendor and Contractor Management
We can manage outside vendors, contractors or additional grounds crews in your absence with our Appointment Services. We can coordinate access and meet anyone you authorize such as deliveries, maintenance, repairs, pest control and utility providers.
